( 1 ) Order Delivery Timeline

The delivery process consists of two main parts:

Processing Time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 – 72 hours after payment is received.

Shipping Time: This is the duration it takes for your items to be shipped from our warehouse to your delivery address. 

Dispatch: We dispatch on Tuesdays and Thursdays from our Warehouse

( 2 ) Shipping Options

We partner with third-party transport companies to deliver throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Australia

  • Standard Secured Shipping: 2 to 14 business days
  • Local Shipping: 2 to 5 business days (available only in Melbourne Metro)

New Zealand

  • Standard Secured Shipping: 4 to 18 business days
  • Express Secured Shipping: 2 to 10 business days


( 3 ) Local Shipping

Deliveries are available for metro areas of Melbourne only and may be subject to change. While we strive to deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, this depends on our delivery schedule. Local shipping is offered within a 100 km radius of our warehouse in Melbourne, with deliveries occurring on Mondays and Fridays, covering different areas of Greater Melbourne each week.


( 4 ) Store Pickup

We also offer free pickup from our warehouse at 2A 100 Olympia Street, Tottenham VIC. For smaller items, such as books, drills, and small tools, pickup is available from 195 Champion Road, Williamstown North VIC 3016. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Pickup Times:

Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 3 PM.


( 5) Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Metro - NSW, VIC, & SA: 1-4 business days after dispatch

Non Metro - NSW, VIC & SA: 3-7 business days after dispatch

Metro - QLD, TAS & WA: 3-7 business days after dispatch

Non Metro - QLD, TAS & WA: 4-10 business days after dispatch

Regional - QLD, NT & WA: 7-14 business days after dispatch

Any estimated delivery times provided are based off information from the Transport company. Any delays due the Transport company are outside of our control and will need to be followed up with the Transport company.


( 6 ) Estimated Shipping Fees

The shipping fees shown on the product page are an estimate only. Final shipping fees will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight and location chosen by you.

Bulky Goods:

Any orders over 30kg or 50cm cubic volume/weight will require a freight quote and may incur additional charges. Once the order has been placed, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone to give an accurate freight cost.

Order Tracking:

All orders will include a tracking number via email. Customers are expected to receive the tracking number on the day the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please refer to the Transport company website and enter the tracking details to calculate an estimate delivery timeframe. We dispatch orders from our warehouses located at 2A 100 Olympia Street Tottenham Vic


( 7 ) Shipping Methods

Toolmarket uses various Australian shipping carriers including Australia Post, Bigpost, Northline and TLC. Once payment has been processed, orders will be dispatched within approximately 3-5 business days.

Customers must provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm on weekdays to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from a transport Depot or collection point close to your location is available.

Dispatch Times:

Most orders are dispatched within a couple of business days but allow up to 10 business days if you have ordered a 'special order' product. If you have ordered something that needs to be ordered from the supplier, we'll email to let you know.

Partial deliveries of orders may be made if an item is on back order, however you'll be contacted within 1-2 business days if such a situation occurs.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, EOFY, sale events, public holidays and/or pandemics there may be a delay in processing your order.


( 8 ) Free Shipping TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tool Market Australia offers free shipping on selected items under 10KG within Australia only. Terms and conditions apply.

Please note that shipping costs will apply for larger items. While we make every effort to ensure shipping rates are within $50.00, if the shipping costs exceed this amount, we will contact you prior to dispatch to advise you of the additional charges. The costs displayed on Shopify are based on rates from our transport providers, which are subject to change.



( 9 ) Changes to Orders

To modify your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it. While we will make every effort to assist you with your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once an order has shipped.

It is your responsibility to double-check sizes, colors, and other specifications before finalizing your order to prevent any discrepancies. Tool Market Australia will not be held accountable for any issues arising from changes not communicated within the specified time frame.
