Sturdy and rust-resistant, each component is made from powder coated durable steel. Shelf levels or tiers are click type and can be adjustable into any height along the height of the Upright. Each shelving unit consists of 4 shelf tiers and are easy to install and adjust. Individual shelf tiers have a load capacity of 250kg. Flat pack packaging makes it easy to carry and transport.
Products:
We have two types of shelving units: a Pre-Assembled Upright Shelving Unit and a Bolted Upright Shelving Unit. Both types are designed to have the same load capacity, are easy to install and have adjustable shelf tiers.
The Pre-Assembled Uprights are already constructed, and no tools are needed. The Bolted Upright Shelving Unit includes the tool you need to construct the Upright. The Bolted Upright units are more affordable and save you money on the purchase.
Installation:
Place the pair of uprights into the desired position to construct the shelving unit. Notice there are pre-made slot holes on either side of the upright, and the beam ends have a hook-like connector which comfortably fits into these pre-made slotted holes.
Position the beam ends to the desired slotted hole height on either side of the opposing uprights. The process is simple and quick, without the need to do any bolting or fixing. Once the beams are inserted, place the shelf panels between the beams. You have now constructed one shelf tier. Repeat this process until you have constructed all 4 shelf tiers. To complete the installation of 1 bay of shelf unit with 4 tiers of shelving is approximately 2-3 minutes for the pre-assembled shelving unit and 3-5 minutes for the Bolted Upright shelving unit.

For every additional bay you add, only one upright is required with the corresponding shelving tiers. You save on materials while maximising space and efficiency. This modular design allows you to expand your shelving system while maintaining stability and structure. Additional Tiers can be swiftly added onto your current Shelving Unit with our quick and easy installation system. Tiers can be purchased from here.
